08 The pilot

Sixty to ninety days. One department. No leap of faith.

We are not asking a company to buy software. We are asking one company to help shape it. The pilot runs inside a single department, such as marketing, operations, customer success, or people, and expands only after the decision workflow proves it earns its place.

Weeks 1 to 2

Listen and load

We sit with the department head and two or three team leads, gather the documents you already have, and set up the first DigiTwin.

Weeks 3 to 8

Real questions, real decisions

The team uses it for actual work. You approve, hold, and decline real recommendations. We measure how long decisions take versus before.

Weeks 9 to 12

Decide together

We show you the numbers: decisions made, meetings avoided, hours back. You decide whether it expands, and to where.

What the company provides

  • One executive sponsor
  • One department head to model a DigiTwin on
  • Two to three staff or team leads
  • Sample documents and policies
  • Permission to run a demo workflow

What the company receives

  • Direct influence over the roadmap
  • Early access at design partner terms
  • A working decision inbox for the pilot
  • Baseline decision velocity measurement
  • Institutional memory you keep either way
09 Who's behind it

People who have sat on both sides of the staff meeting.

A small team building the operating layer for company staff, drawn from operations, product, and engineering.

Every department gets shared memory. Every leader gets a DigiTwin.

We are taking on ten design-partner companies this quarter. The first conversation is thirty minutes and costs nothing but the calendar slot.
